Powder Coating Services

DIMMSA counts with a Conveyorized Powder Coating System that uses a 3 stage pre-treatment. It is composed of conveyor belt, washing and phosphating tunnel, curing oven and the painting chamber where the powder-coating is applied. It is also equipped with a powder recycling system that reduces waste, and a station with HEPA filters to protect the environment.
